Do you want to improve your love life? Here are some dating tips to help you make some positive changes to do just that.

TIP #1 Ladies, Be Confident! Men are attracted to women that are confident with themselves. They find them sexy. Not the I'm too good for you confidence but the confidence of being comfortable with who you are as a person. Men love women who know what they want!

Tip #2 Work out! Physical activity will help you feel good about yourself on the inside and out, it will create a beautiful glow on your skin and it will stimulate a sexual awakening. Exercise will increase endorphins which will increase your heart rate and help rid you of stress.

TIP #3 Smile, A lot and be friendly! A smile will open the doors for conversation and love. A friendly person is approachable and conversational. Don't walk around with your head down or with a frown. A smile says, I'm friendly, I'm approachable, I want to talk to you. Be present in the world. You never know when you may meet your mate or someone who will lead you to that special person.

TIP #4 Negativity attracts negativity. It keeps you in a depressed mindset and steals your joy. It takes away your drive and ambition. Send out positive energy and it will come back to you. What are you thinking and doing? If you don't like your situation, do something about it! Make a change NOW not tomorrow. Do something great for you today! Even if it's as simple as looking in the mirror and saying positive affirmations. Gals find a hot dress and heels and hit the town! And guys, paying attention to your style and grooming, always gets you noticed.
